    What size should you order?

    Green - Small = Great for 12 and under swimmers or beginners

    Yellow - Medium = Youth swimmers from 13 - 17 - Strong swimmers

    Red - Large = Very strong swimmers, male swimmers 16 and Over and Elite Female swimmers.

    Blue - Xlarge = Elite swimmers Male, sprinters, better used for power and short distance.
