Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way to you as quickly as possible, so the sooner we hear from you, the better! In stock items normally ship within 24 hours after an order has been placed but can take up to 7 working days. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not been shipped. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. At this point, it becomes a return. Custom and special order items cannot be cancelled.
Return and exchange policies
At SwimShop.co.nz we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your merchandise within 7 days of the invoice date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returned goods must be in their original or unused condition with tags attached. Health regulations stipulate that swimwear that is soiled, damaged, worn or laundered is considered to be in other than "as new" condition and cannot be returned. Please remember that the regulations require swimsuits to be tried on over undergarments. We reserve the right to return to buyer without replacement any items which have been abused or improperly cared for.

Returned items will not be accepted without an RA number.

Ship to the same address that is printed on your invoice. Please return this form with a copy of your original invoice that came with the item(s).
If you order over 2 items and choose to return more than 50% of the order you will be charged a 10% fee of the total price of the total purchase for a re stocking fee.
All purchased items must be returned within 14 days if they are not wanted.
Sale items cannot be returned so please ensure you are purchasing the correct size and item. This is your responsibility to read and order the correct items.
