Shipping policy

SwimShop.co.nz is committed to providing you with prompt, friendly customer service, to ensure we dispatch your purchase as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders once we have received payment and can take up to 7 working days within New Zealand and 9 – 12 business days for international orders.

Please contact us by email (info@swimshop.co.nz) we can obtain a shipping quote for you. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Otherwise shipping rates will be calculated at your check out area.
